    Meaning "A Collage of Memories", this collection of Polish folk songs was written for the Long Island University Symphonic 2009 Band Tour of Poland and the Czech Republic. The songs include: Gleboka Studzienka "The Deep Well"; Szia Dziewezka " A Girl Walking in the Woods"; Uplywa Szybko Zycle " Life Swims Away Fast"; Czerwone Jagody "Red Blueberries"

  • At the Ragtime Ball

    During the late 1800s and early 1900s dance contests were held featuring the the new and popular "Ragtime" music. Dances such as the "Cakewalk" and the more elegant "Quadrille" encouraged improvised dance steps. Winners were based on their individual and stylized choreography. (Alfred/Belwin)
